The breakfast here was great – they had the freshest orange juice, delicious meats, and yummy pancakes! the restaurant food was also really fresh and tasty. 🥞

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions but just outside the crowded areas of the city. The transportation options were excellent, with a tram line right outside the hotel. The free evening cocktail hour was a delightful treat, and the breakfast spread was delicious. The staff members were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Despite the roadworks on the street, the hotel was still easily accessible. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to assist with any request. The room was spacious, well-decorated, and clean with excellent heating and air conditioning. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar and bottled water provided in the room. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment, and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day. The all-inclusive concept was truly impressive, with a welcome drink, happy hour, and even a cheese bar in the evenings. The staff at the egg station during breakfast were incredibly friendly and made the best omelettes. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay with exceptional service.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location made it so easy to walk to all the major sites and to the many restaurants nearby. I loved being able to relax in the lounge with free drinks and snacks, and especially loved all the snacks throughout the day and the cheeses. The staff were all multilingual and very friendly, going above and beyond to provide gracious service. The breakfast spread was lovely, and the clean rooms had all the amenities I needed. this place was in a great location and provided exceptional service.

Efficient air conditioning, comfortable beds, free coffee. Great location, unique decor, pleasant and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection, self-service bar for evening aperitifs.

I had such a wonderful stay at Banks Mansion! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The all-inclusive concept was fantastic, as I could enjoy a delicious drink anytime I wanted. The gin and beer were especially amazing. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, and the common areas were beautifully decorated. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. I highly recommend Banks Mansion for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

This hotel is perfectly situated in a vibrant area, surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. You can easily get to everywhere else in the city from here. The living area is a great place to unwind, with an open bar and snacks included. The breakfast, prepared by the lovely Sandra, is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, with luxurious amenities and stunning views of the canal.

One small aspect of the hotel could be improved. The staff could provide more detailed information about transportation disruptions or changes that may affect guests' travel plans.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the busy areas in just minutes. It is super close to the city center, making it convenient to visit almost all major attractions. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious with a deep tub and large shower. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities like an open bar, water, coffee/tea, and small snacks.

There was a small issue with the room temperature, as it tended to be a little chilly and we couldn't find a way to warm it up.
